| Matthew Magill graduated magna cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School in May 2026. At Michigan Law, he served as a Senior Editor of the Michigan Journal of Environmental and Administrative Law, Speakers and Careers Chair of the Environmental Law Society, and Careers Chair of the Veterans Society. Matthew earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science, with Certificates in Business Administration and European Studies, from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, graduating with distinction in both his degree and major. Prior to law school, he served in the United States Coast Guard. Following graduation, Matthew will join Husch Blackwell LLP in its Milwaukee office as an Associate in the firm’s Energy Real Estate practice group. Matthew thanks Professor John A.E. Pottow for an outstanding introduction to bankruptcy law through his Commercial Law: Secured Transactions & Mortgages course, one of Matthew’s favorite classes during law school. |
