| Anna Kessels studied Law and Economics at the University of Augsburg before earning her LL.M. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where she developed a strong interest in bankruptcy law because of its complexity and international scope. She is grateful to the Honorable Judith K. Fitzgerald and Professor Manne for fostering that interest through their teaching and mentorship. She currently works in restructuring and insolvency advisory in Germany and looks forward to further developing her work in international and cross-border bankruptcy matters. |
