Ryan Kim is a J.D. candidate at the University of Michigan Law School, graduating in May 2027. During his time at Michigan Law, Ryan immersed himself in various bankruptcy-related endeavors, including but not limited to: bankruptcy and restructuring related courses, the Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court Competition, and research involving liability management exercises. Ryan discovered his passion for bankruptcy and modern restructuring under the mentorship of Professor Pang and Professor Pottow. Following graduation, Ryan will be joining Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in the New York office.
